Return Information We at Haus of Parts LLC are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order. You must contact us by either telephone, fax, e-mail, or through our Return Request Form to receive an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) number to be written on the outside of the returned box. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that: The following orders are not returnable: Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted. Items incorrectly shipped to Haus of Parts LLC will not be returned. Items not purchased from Haus of Parts LLC will not be accepted. Core Returns Please note: All fluids must be drained from the core. The core must be securely wrapped in plastic and sealed. Cores must be returned in the packaging used in the shipment of the order sent to you. Your core will be inspected to determine if the core is rebuild-able. Core return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. These are not refundable. Cores will not be accepted after 45 days of original purchase. If you would like to return an item associated with a core return value, please submit your request through our Return Request Form.
We will issue a refund for any returned products when your return meets the above requirements. Refunds will be promptly be given in the same form as the original payment when possible. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances where the return is a result of our error.
If your order was received with freight damage, you must file a claim with the freight carrier immediately. Please save the original packing materials for later inspection.
Haus of Parts LLC guarantees the workmanship of the products sold. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. If you wish to return it, please visit our returns form for more information. Guarantee: All parts are guaranteed to be first quality merchandise. Defective merchandise must be returned at customer's expense for replacement. We will replace all defective parts, but cannot accept responsibility for inconvenience or losses occasioned by their use. There is no warranty if parts have become defective due to faulty installation or abuse in any way. Customer assumes all liability and risk out of the use of high performance products. There is no warranty, expressed or implied for any part or work used for competition, or track driving school events. No warranty on electrical parts. Several products carry a manufacturer's warranty. All parts with the exception of electrical, high performance and products already carrying their own warranty will be warranted for 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever occurs first. Customer shall notify Haus of Parts LLC within 12 days of discovery of such defects. We reserve the right to withhold refund until defective part has been examined and tested.
